Terms of service

These terms apply when you use our websites and app or buy from Hardcore Italians Inc. ("Hardcore Italians," "we," "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you have a question, email us at contact@hardcoreitalians.com.

Using our site

  • You must be an adult where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian do it with you.
  • Please give us accurate information and keep your account login safe.
  • Do not misuse the site, including by trying to break it, scrape it, commit fraud or copy our content.

Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it.
  • We can limit quantities, or refuse or cancel an order, including if we suspect fraud or if a price or description was wrong. If we cancel an order you paid for, we will refund you.
  • Please check that the shipping address in your order confirmation email is correct. You are responsible for giving us an accurate address.
  • If your order hasn't shipped, contact us right away and we'll do our best to change it.
  • We try to show products, colors and sizes accurately, but screens differ and small variations can happen.

Prices and payment

  • Prices can change at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
  • Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
  • International exchange rates apply and change daily with the foreign exchange market.

Shipping

  • Orders ship to the address on your order. In-stock US orders ship within 3 business days, then delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. Made-to-order items ship in 5 to 7 business days.
  • Delivery times can run longer during the holiday season. See our shipping policy for details.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to a mistyped or invalid address. You are responsible for any added postage to reship an order because of an invalid address.
  • Packages returned to us follow our refund policy.

Lost or missing packages

  • If a carrier confirms your package is lost, we'll replace it. Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • If tracking shows delivered and you can't find your package, contact us and we'll help.

International orders

  • Orders outside the US are made to order and ship in 5 to 7 business days from a print partner in or near your country where available. Delivery times can run longer during the holiday season.
  • Duties and taxes are set by the destination country, based on the value of your order. When they apply, they are calculated at checkout or collected at delivery, and paying them is your responsibility. Your local customs office can tell you more.

Returns and exchanges

All returns and exchanges, including sale, holiday and event purchases, follow our refund policy.

Discount codes and sales

  • Enter discount codes at checkout. We can't add a code or change a price once your order is placed.
  • Only one discount code can be used per order.
  • Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the sale, and don't apply to orders placed before or after it.

Gift cards

  • Gift cards are digital and are delivered by email, on the date you choose, up to 90 days out.
  • Gift cards expire 5 years from the day they are issued.
  • Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where the law requires it.

Shirt Club and other subscriptions

The Shirt Club is a recurring monthly subscription with a 2-month minimum. It renews automatically until you cancel. Our subscription policy explains billing, renewals and how to cancel, and it is part of these terms.

Photos, videos and reviews

  • By sending us a photo or video, or tagging @HardcoreItalians, you agree we may use it in social media, email, product listings and advertising to celebrate the Hardcore community.
  • If you submit a review or other content, you give us permission to use, copy and display it in connection with our business. You confirm that it is yours and that it is honest.
  • To remove your content, message us on Instagram at @hardcoreitalians or email contact@hardcoreitalians.com, and we'll take care of it promptly.

Our brand and content

Our name, logos, designs, photos, videos and site content belong to Hardcore Italians or our licensors. You may not copy, sell or use them without our written permission. If you believe something on our site infringes your rights, email us with the details.

Other websites

Our site links to apps and sites we do not control, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

Our site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we do not promise the site will always be available or error free. This section does not change our refund policy or any right you have by law.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Hardcore Italians is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that led to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your responsibility

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover claims and costs that result from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or giving us a phone number that is not yours.

Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, email us first and we will try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any court case must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless your local law gives you the right to bring it where you live.

Your local rights

Some places give consumers rights that cannot be waived, including under the Australian Consumer Law and consumer laws in the UK, EU and Canada. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

Text message program

  • The Hardcore Italians mobile message service sends marketing messages to mobile numbers that have opted in, including company updates, events, sales and cart reminders. You will get a text confirming your signup.
  • Your consent to receive autodialed marketing texts is not a condition of buying anything.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider may charge you for texts.
  • To cancel, text STOP to the number or short code that texted you, or to 1 (833) 858-1916. You will get one confirmation text. You can sign up again the same way you did the first time. If you joined more than one of our text programs, you need to opt out of each one.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please keep your mobile number up to date with us. We may change the number or short code we use and will tell you if we do.
  • Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top. The terms in place when you placed your order apply to that order.
