Cancellation policy

The Shirt Club at a glance

  • The Shirt Club is a monthly subscription, not a one-time purchase.
  • In the US it costs $20 a month plus shipping. Your exact price is shown on the product page and at checkout.
  • It renews automatically every month until you cancel.
  • There is a 2-month minimum. You can cancel anytime after your first two shirts have shipped.

Billing

  • You are charged when you sign up.
  • US members are then charged on the 1st of every month. International members are charged on the 15th of every month.
  • We send a reminder before every charge.
  • If your card fails, log in to your account and update it. We will try the card again. If payment keeps failing, your subscription may be canceled.
  • If we change the price or these terms, we will tell you before the change takes effect so you can decide whether to stay.

Shipments

  • Your first shirt ships within 3 business days.
  • After that, US shirts usually ship by mid-month. International shirts usually ship within about a week of the charge.
  • You will get a tracking email when your shirt ships.

How to cancel

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions.
  3. Under Actions, select Cancel.

Cancel before your next charge date and you won't be charged again. If you cancel on or after your charge date, that month's shirt will be your last.

Refunds and exchanges

Shirt Club orders are non-refundable once processed. We offer size exchanges when available, and we will replace anything that arrives damaged or incorrect. This does not limit any right you have under your local consumer law.

Prepaid and gift plans

Prepaid plans and gift packs follow the term shown on the product page and at checkout.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund only before the order enters production or fulfillment. Once a pre-order has entered production or has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

One-time purchase options

If a purchase option includes delayed fulfillment or special conditions, cancellation is only allowed before the order is processed. Once processing begins, the order is considered final.

Once processing or fulfillment has begun, we can't cancel your order, but our team will help with a return or exchange under our refund policy. This doesn't limit your right to cancel an order that is delayed.
