This policy explains what personal information Hardcore Italians Inc. ("Hardcore Italians," "we," "us") collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It covers our websites, including hardcoreitalians.com and our Canada, UK and Australia sites, plus our mobile app, emails, texts, customer support and events.
Information we collect
Information you give us. This includes your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order and subscription details, account login, messages to our support team, reviews, photos and videos you send or tag us in, giveaway entries, wholesale or partner inquiries, and a gift recipient's name, email and message.
Payment information. Payments are handled by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. When you use our site or app we and our partners collect your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, pages and products viewed, items added to your cart, the link that brought you here, and similar activity. We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to do this.
Session recording. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use our site, including clicks, scrolling and page movement. This creates heat maps and replays of site visits that help us fix problems.
Information from others. We may receive information from advertising and social platforms, creators and affiliates, review platforms, and our shipping and returns partners.
How we use your information

Cookies, pixels and advertising
Our site uses tools from advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, Klaviyo, Attentive, Triple Whale and Microsoft Clarity. These partners may collect information directly from your browser or device, combine it with other information they hold, and use it to show ads and measure results.
Shopify may also use store data together with other Shopify data to improve its products, ad targeting and personalization. You can read more in Shopify's Privacy Policy.
In some regions you will see a cookie banner where you can choose what to allow. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site, such as the cart, may stop working.

- Customer support: Gorgias. Chats may be stored and reviewed by our team
- Email, text, push and app: Klaviyo, Attentive, PushOwl and Tapcart
- Reviews: Yotpo and Judge.me
- Shopping tools on our site: apps that power bundles, cart offers, upsells and back in stock alerts
- Advertising and analytics: the partners named above
- Creators and affiliates: Shopify Collabs, so sales from their links can be credited
- Advisers and authorities: lawyers, accountants and government agencies when needed, or when the law requires it
- Business transfers: a buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged
Our team members and vendors may work outside the United States, including in the Philippines.
Sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, some state laws treat the use of advertising cookies and pixels as a "sale," "sharing" or "targeted advertising." We use these tools, so in those states we may be treated as selling or sharing identifiers, internet activity and purchase information with advertising and analytics partners.
To opt out, use the Your Privacy Choices link on our site where it appears, or email contact@hardcoreitalians.com with the subject "Privacy Request." Where our opt-out page is active, we also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out.
Your privacy rights
How to make a request. Email contact@hardcoreitalians.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need to confirm your identity first, and an authorized agent can make a request for you where the law allows. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
United States. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, targeted advertising and certain profiling. We respond within 45 days or the time your state requires. If we deny your request, you can appeal by emailing us with the subject "Privacy Appeal."
California. In the past 12 months we may have collected identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet activity, approximate location, photos, videos or audio you send us, and inferences about your preferences. We use them for the purposes listed in this policy. California residents may also ask how we shared information with third parties for their direct marketing.
UK and European Economic Area. We rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and marketing our business, your consent, and our legal duties. You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or move your information, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Canada. You can ask to access or correct your information and withdraw consent, subject to legal limits. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Australia. You can ask to access or correct your information. If you have a complaint, contact us first. If we do not resolve it, you can go to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Marketing choices
- Email: click unsubscribe in any marketing email.
- Text: reply STOP to any marketing text.
- Push notifications: turn them off in your browser or device settings.
We may still send messages about your orders and subscriptions.
Text messages
We send marketing texts only if you opt in. Agreeing to receive them is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing. We do share them with the vendors who help us deliver messages. See our Terms of Service for the full text program terms.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy, including keeping order, tax and subscription records, resolving disputes and meeting legal duties. After that we delete it or remove details that identify you.
Children
Our site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where our team and vendors work. Those countries may have different privacy laws than yours. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Our site links to other sites and apps. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top, and we will give you more notice if the law requires it.
