• In-stock items: order by Wed, Dec 16.
• Made-to-order items: order by Wed, Dec 9.
• Orders placed after these dates ship after Christmas. Need a gift sooner? Send an e-gift card. It arrives in minutes.

Processing Times

• In-stock items ship within 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed after 2pm CST start processing the next business day.
• Weekend orders start processing Monday.

New Product Drops / Pre-Orders

• Fresh drops are made after purchase (print-to-order).
• Allow 5 to 7 business days to ship.

U.S. Shipping

• Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.
• Some items may ship separately depending on the vendor.

International Shipping (Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)

• Orders outside the US are made to order. They ship in 5 to 7 business days from a print partner in or near your country where available.
• Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout.
• The Christmas dates above are for US orders only.

Duties & Taxes

• Duties and taxes are set by the destination country. When they apply, they are calculated at checkout or collected at delivery.
• These charges are non-refundable.
