Processing Times

  • In-stock items ship in 1–5 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Orders placed after 2pm CST start processing the next business day.

  • Weekend orders start processing Monday.

 

New Product Drops / Pre-Orders

  • Fresh drops are made after purchase (print-to-order).

  • Allow 5–10 business days to ship.

 

U.S. Shipping

  • Once shipped, USPS delivers in 2–3 business days on average.

  • Some items may ship separately depending on the vendor.

 

International Shipping (Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)

  • Delivery typically takes 10–14 business days.

  • Customs clearance can delay delivery an additional 5–10 business days.

  • Some carriers don’t update tracking once the package leaves the U.S.

 

Duties & Taxes

  • Duties/taxes are calculated at checkout when applicable.

  • These charges are set by your country and are non-refundable.

 

Print-to-Order Items

  • Items marked Print to Order are custom and final sale.

  • If your order includes regular + print-to-order items, they may ship separately.
