Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on updated rates from USPS. Typically, shipping can be an additional $4-6 per shirt.

The cutoff for joining is the last day of each month, with shipments typically sending out between the first and second week of the following month.

Examples:

• If you start your membership August 2nd, your first shirt will ship around September 7th

• If you start your membership August 28th, your first shirt will ship around September 7th

The shirt image is typically always the current month's shirt unless otherwise noted. If you start your subscription after the 1st of the new month you will only receive the current month's shirt while supplies last.

Immediately! Sign up for your membership in a separate transaction, then come right back and log in to gain access to the club store and discounts.

For Shirt of the Month plans, payments will be automatically processed on the 1st day of the month.

For monthly Membership plans, payments will be processed on this day of the month each month of your membership. For annual Membership plans, payments will be processed on this day of the month annually. You save over $20 for signing up annually vs the monthly membership.

Your login credentials consist of the email address and password that you provided at checkout when you purchased your membership.

Yes! If you need to skip a month due to being out of town, needing a break from the payment, whatever, please contact us at contact@hardcoreitalians.com before the last day of the month and we can skip your next month's payment and delivery for you.

If you would like to update your shipping address, you can do so through your Account dashboard in the Subscription Profile. You can access your account by clicking here.

Once you've logged into your account, follow these steps:

1. From your "My Account" dashboard click "Manage Subscriptions" in the upper left corner.

2. From Subscriptions Orders, tap “edit” next to your address.

3. Enter your new Subscription Shipping Address information.

4. Make sure you hit save after making the changes.

Please note: Any address changes or orders made after the 1st of the month apply to the following month’s shirt. 

You can update the credit card associated with your subscription, as well as your billing address, by logging into your account and heading to the "Manage Subscription" area.

Absolutely. We can make the necessary changes, simply contact our team at contact@hardcoreitalians.com and your future deliveries will reflect your updated size. Requests months be submitted before the last day of the month, otherwise, it will not go into effect for 2 shirt cycles.

These shirts are non-refundable but we will offer exchanges for different sizes, if we have extras available. We will also happily replace damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Otherwise, all sales are final. If there are any complications with your shipment, shoot us a note at contact@hardcoreitalians.com.

Yes, we hate to see members go, but we understand that circumstances arise. If you cancel after the conclusion of your initial 2-month term there is no fee to cancel. Simply reach out to us at contact@hardcoreitalians.com. Cancellation requests prior to the conclusion of the initial 2-month term are subject to an early termination fee of $15. These fees cover the administrative and operational costs associated with the club.

If your desire to cancel stems from your experience with the club, please let us know so we can try to remedy the issue. We welcome feedback as we grow the Hardcore Italians Membership and strive to provide members with an exceptional experience.
