Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 1-5 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time. 

Orders received after 2 pm CST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays. 

Made To Order

A small number of items in our store are printed when you order them. Made to order items are always indicated in the products shipping description. If you place an order with regular items and made to order items, your order may be shipped to you in separate shipments at different times. Items printed on demand are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Status

After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. From that email you can click the "View Order Status" button in that email to be taken to your order status page, where you can view the order status and tracking information. 

A status of "Confirmed" means the order is not ready to ship. No need to worry, it just means your order is still processing. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a second shipping notification via email with tracking details and it will be marked as "Shipped" or "Delivered" once it arrives. 

If you have not received your order, please carefully review any shipping details in the product description and order confirmation email next to the item before reaching out to support. 

Order Changes

We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. If your order has not started processing, we will do our best to accommodate all update requests that include size changesaddress changes or order cancellations

Once your order has gone into a processing queue with our distribution center, we cannot make any changes outside of an address update or cancellation. Please check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake with your address, please contact us ASAP with the correct address. 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Once your order leaves our warehouse, USPS delivers within 2-3 business days on average. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and to military base APO/FPO will take additional time.

Please note, a small number of items in our store ship directly from the vendor regardless of any other items in the order. Items that ship directly from a supplier are noted in the shipping product descriptions.

International Shipping (Canada, Australia, etc.)

Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard international shipping typically can range anywhere from 10-14 business days. Additional tracking is not available on international packages once transferred to local Canadian postal carriers for final delivery. 

Due to changing customs import policies there may be some delays with shipments which are out of our control. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed an additional 5-10 business days due to long customs processing / inspections / clearance times. 

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the price of the products or shipping with our store. Although duties are not all always incurred, assessment of the duties and taxes will be based on the retail value of the total goods imported. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; Hardcore Italians has no control over these charges, nor can Hardcore Italians predict what they may be. 

Expedited Shipping

Hardcore Italians does not currently offer any expedited shipping options. While we aim to ship your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that we cannot accommodate any requests for expedited shipping. Standard processing times on all orders is 3-6 business days.
