What is the Shirt Club?
The Hardcore Italians Shirt Club is a monthly subscription — you pay $20/month and we send you a new shirt each month. It's not a one-time purchase.
When you signed up, you agreed to a 2-month minimum. After that, it renews automatically until you cancel.
Why was I charged?
The Shirt Club is a recurring subscription — it renews automatically on the 1st of each month until you cancel. If this charge was a surprise, you may not have realized it auto-renews. See below for how to cancel.
When will my shirt arrive?
Shirts ship shortly after the 1st. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipping.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime after your first two shirts have shipped.
- Log in to Your Account
- Click Manage Subscriptions
- Under Actions, select Cancel
Cancel before the 1st and you won't be charged for the next month. Cancel on or after the 1st and that month's shirt will be your last.
How do I update my address?
- Log in to Your Account
- Click Manage Subscriptions
- Select Edit next to your shipping address
Changes made after the 1st apply to the following month.
Can I return or exchange a shirt?
Shirt Club orders are non-refundable. We do offer size exchanges when available, and we'll replace anything that arrives damaged or incorrect.
