Where is my order?
Please refer to the order lookup page
to check the status of your order. A tracking link is provided on the order look-up page, and will have the most accurate status of your order location.
Status is delivered but I did not receive my order.
If your order shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it. Please double check with your neighbors, your mailbox, with any reception/front desk, and your local post office (if delivered by USPS). Some USPS orders are delivered a couple days after the item is scanned as delivered, so you may want to wait for a few days to pass. If you looked in all these places and still have not received the parcel, then please send us a message for assistance.
If you are missing an item from your order please check your shipping confirmation email. We occasionally ship partial-orders if there is a delay on an item. When the delayed item becomes available we ship the rest of the order separately
If this is not the case, please email us with your order number and let us know which item is missing. We will be glad to re-ship the item if it is in stock, or refund what is missing.
If we made a mistake with your order, or if there is an issue, then please email us through our contact page .
If you received a defective item, please provide a photo of the issues you are referring too for our records. If you received an incorrect item please provide an image of the incorrect item along with a packing slip. We can provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made.
We must be notified of any defects within 30 days of delivery. Any claims beyond 30 days will be considered wear and tear and cannot be replaced.
If your purchase has not yet shipped
We may be able to change the size, color, and/or address before the order is sent out. Please contact us immediately if this is the case.
If your purchase has shipped
If the purchase has been sent out, the transaction has been finalized and we can no longer make changes to an order. If you have made a mistake with your address we advise to call your Shipping Provider and request a change.

Returns/exchanges can take up to 7 business days to be processed once they have been received. We do our best to process them as quickly as possible. If 7 business days have passed since your return was delivered, then please message us with the tracking information for the return and we will look into the status
If you have placed an order but have not received an order number, please check your spam folder for an email. If there is no order confirmation in your spam folder, please give us your name and email address. The email address may be wrong on your order. We would be happy to fix this for you!
Due to high traffic, occasionally items may be sold before our web store inventory can be adjusted. Full refunds will be issued for items we cannot fulfill. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Regular orders take 0-2 business days to prepare.
- Made-to-order products (see below) take 1-5 business days.
- The volume of orders can also slow down processing time. If there is a holiday or season change, please be paitent with this process. We do our best to send every order out quickly.
After order processing, the shipment process typically takes 1-3 business days to deliver your package depending on the shipping service selected.
International (Outside United States)
Hardcore Italians is proud to offer worldwide shipping with USPS.
Orders sent from the United States out to other countries typically arrive in 5-14 business days. However, delivery time may vary due to customs. We do see it occasionally taking 2/4 weeks to receive an order.
In the rare case that you do not receive an order after one month’s time, you can file a claim with USPS for a lost item. If you need help with this process, we can walk you through the steps if you reach out to us. We are not liable to refund your purchase unless USPS officially marks the package as lost or we get the package back in the mail.
Shipping is calculated by weight of the product, delivery location and shipping service.
Hardcore Italians does not make any profit on shipping rates. All shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibly of the customer.
Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Hardcore Italians cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
Your customs office may charge you additional fees depending on these factors. If you do not accept the charge and the product is sent back to us, the cost of shipping is not refunded.
To prevent this from happening with your order, we ask that you please check with your local customs office for further information.
On occasion we may restock some of our inventory items. We typically restock popular items 3-4 weeks after sell out. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
We do not replenish any sale or limited edition items.
We only accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- Product is not made-to-order (see tab below for more information).
- Return is within 30 days after delivery.
- Item is in the condition it was sent in. No excessive wrinkling.
- Must be unworn and unwashed.
- Original tags must be attached.
- The item was not purchased on sale.
- Item does not contain animal/human hair.
- Items do not smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant.
What is a made-to-order product?
For Hardcore Italians to bring you more color, clothing and design options we produce some of our products upon order. We do not keep these items in stock. When we receive the order, we carry it out specifically for you. You select the specific sizing, color options, product type, design, etc. to your needs. The chances of somebody else wanting an order that was made to your specific needs is very rare.
Please allow 1-5 business days for production time.
We do not accept returns on made-to-order products. For us to accept these returns, we would have a very limited product selection. We aim to have a wide selection of designs so more people can represent their heritage every day. We take great pride in our mission statement and do not want to go against it. We will accept a made-to-order product for store credit if you provide a $5 restock fee.
How do I tell if a product is made-to-order?
All made-to-order products are marked with a Notice in the description before purchasing. See below to know where to find the box.
You will find exact measurements for all product sizes beneath the product description.
Women’s t-shirts run VERY small. If you are in between sizes, we recommend going up a size or two. Please read product descriptions and view size charts carefully before placing an order.
If you like your t-shirts looser fitting, we suggest ordering a men’s style t-shirt (since they are unisex). Long sleeves, hoodies and sweatshirts run truer to size.
Men’s apparel runs true to size. The t-shirts and tank-tops have more of a fitted look (tighter), so if you enjoy your t-shirts to feel lose we recommend going up a size. We also suggest going up a size in sweatshirts and hoodies if you prefer a baggier look.
