We only accept returns for STORE CREDIT and that meet the following conditions:

  • Return is within 30 days after delivery.
  • Item is in the condition it was sent in. No excessive wrinkling.
  • Must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • The item was not purchased on the clearance page.
  • Item does not contain animal/human hair.
  • Items do not smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant.

If you are approved, then store credit will automatically be issued in the form of an electronic gift card that you can use towards a future purchase.

The store credit applied is for the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery (subtotal). The store credit gift cards do not expire and can be used with a discount code.

If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you. It may take up to 14 business days for returns to be processed. We do not cover shipping costs at this time. For any additional questions, visit our FAQ Page.

If you need to exchange for any reason, please return your item per our refund policy above and include exchange instructions/order number with the return. As long as you get your order back to us, we are happy to switch it out for something of equal value.

We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, then we will refund the item returned. If your item is damaged, please contact our support for assistance.


Incorrect Item Received/Defect

If we made a mistake with your order, or if there is an issue, please email us at or through our contact page. We will request photo evidence for our records, and provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defects within 30 days of delivery. Any claims beyond 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced


Late / Missing Refunds

Packages are processed on a first come basis. Please allow up to 7 business days for our return department to process your refund. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take 1-5 business days for your refund to show. If after all this you have not received a refund, please contact our support for assistance.
