Yes, our warehouse and fulfillment facility is in Chicago, Illinois.

Are your products USA Made?
Our products are produced in the USA on Imported Materials.

Do your sizes run small or are they true to US sizes?
Our products are true to US sizing. Please see the "Sizing Guide" tab under the product description to see the exact measurements of our products.
Women's tees run 1-2 sizes small.

How long to orders take to process?
Most in-stock orders are shipped within 1-5 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the product's shipping description. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.
Orders received after 2 pm CST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

Why isn't my discount code working?
If your discount code is not working at checkout, try entering it before the checkout screen. In the bottom-left corner of the website, you will see a gift icon. Click it and apply there!

How long to orders take to ship?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, USPS delivers within 2-3 business days on average. International orders take an additional 7-10 business days.
Please note, a small number of items in our store ship directly from the vendor regardless of any other items in the order. Items that ship directly from a supplier are noted in the product descriptions.

What is the exchange process?

We will have you ship your product back to us, and we will ship you out the item you wish to exchange.
The item must be unused and in new condition.
We do not accept exchanges for any worn or washed items.

Once you receive your items, you have 14 days from the delivery date to evaluate your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your items, we will have you ship the items back to us.
Once we receive your items, if they are still in new/unused condition, we will issue you a store credit gift card.

Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?
If your items have not shipped, we can make changes to your order.

Why is my tracking showing in pre-shipment?
If your tracking status is showing as "Pre-Shipment" this means we are currently fulfilling your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to fulfill your order before we ship it out.

What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more.

Do you offer overnight/express shipping?
Hardcore Italians does not currently offer any expedited shipping options. While we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, please note that we cannot accommodate any requests for expedited shipping. Standard processing time on all orders is 3-6 business days.
