If you have placed an order but have not received an order number, please check your spam folder for an email. If there is no order confirmation in your spam folder, please give us your name and email address. The email address may be wrong on your order. We would be happy to fix this for you!
CAN I CHANGE OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
If your purchase has not yet shipped: We may be able to change the size, color, and/or address before the order is sent out. Please contact us immediately if this is the case.
If your purchase has shipped: If the purchase has been sent out, the transaction has been finalized and we can no longer make changes to an order. If you have made a mistake with your address we advise to call your Shipping Provider and request a change.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to leaving our facility. Please ensure all your information is inputted and correct before submitting your order, including your discount code.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package (even if you deny delivery).
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
Due to high traffic, occasionally items may be sold before our web store inventory can be adjusted. Full refunds will be issued for items we cannot fulfill. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
STATUS SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If your order shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it. Please double check with your neighbors, your mailbox, with any reception/front desk, and your local post office (if delivered by USPS). Some USPS orders are delivered a couple days after the item is scanned as delivered, so you may want to wait for a few days to pass. If you looked in all these places and still have not received the parcel, then please send us a message for assistance.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Domestic orders typically take 2-5 business days to receive. This number can vary based on order processing and shipment time.
Order Processing: The process of preparing and packaging orders can take 0-3 business days. However it can take longer if there is a high-volume of orders. Please be patient with this process. We do our best to send every order out quickly.
Shipment Time: After order processing, the shipment process typically takes 1-3 business days to deliver your package depending on the shipping service selected.
International orders typically arrive in 5-14 business days. However, delivery time may vary due to customs. It may occasionally take 2/4 weeks to receive an order.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is calculated by weight of the product, delivery location and shipping service. Hardcore Italians does not make any profit on shipping rates. All shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
DO YOU RESTOCK INVENTORY?
Due to the high demand of our popular styles and sizes, they do tend to sell out quickly. We've even had some products sell out in less than an hour! While certain products are very exclusive and only released once, most of our items are restocked regularly.
HOW DO SIZES RUN?
You will find exact measurements for all product sizes beneath the product description.
For Women: Women’s t-shirts run VERY small. If you are in between sizes, we recommend going up a size or two. Please read product descriptions and view size charts carefully before placing an order.
If you like your t-shirts looser fitting, we suggest ordering a men’s t-shirt (since they are unisex). Long sleeves, hoodies and sweatshirts run truer to size.
For Men: Men’s apparel runs true to size. The t-shirts and tank-tops have more of a fitted look (tighter), so if you enjoy your t-shirts to feel lose we recommend going up a size. We also suggest going up a size in sweatshirts and hoodies if you prefer a baggier look.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Items purchased from Hardcore Italians may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.

Any exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value. If requested items are of greater value than the original product(s) being exchanged, you will be issued a store credit.
If a product you are requesting is out of stock at the time the return arrives, you will be issued store credit for that product. Please list alternative options on the return form if you prefer a direct exchange.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
Returns/exchanges can take up 7-14 business days to be processed once they have been received. We do our best to process them as quickly as possible. If 14 business days have passed since your return was delivered, then please message us with the tracking information for the return and we will look into the status.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns. If you request an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your exchanged item.
If you have a defective item or received the wrong product, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label upon approval. We will also waive the standard shipping fee on your replacement item. Please email email@example.com if you have additional questions.
