Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Return is within 10 days after delivery.
- Item does not contain animal/human hair.
- Item is in the condition it was sent in. No excessive wrinkling.
- Must be unworn and unwashed.
- The item was not purchased on our sale page.
- Items do not smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant.
We only accept returns for store credit (we do not offer refunds). If you want to return an item for store credit, it must meet the above credentials.
If you are approved, then store credit will automatically be issued in the form of an electronic gift card that you can use towards a future purchase.
The store credit applied is for the purchase price of the product and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery (subtotal).
If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you. It may take up to 14 business days for returns to be processed. We do not cover shipping costs at this time. For any additional questions, visit our FAQ Page.

To return/exchange an item, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us at 6804 Hobson Valley Drive STE 120, Woodridge, IL, 60517, United States.
You will then receive an E-Gift Card for the value of your exchanged item, you can use this to purchase the new item you would like.
Incorrect Item Received/DefectIf we made a mistake with your order, or if there is an issue, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our contact page. We will request photo evidence for our records, and provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defects within 7 days of delivery. Any claims beyond 7 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced
